LokiPay is strictly a technical verification bridge. We do not come into possession of any funds at any point. All payments go directly from your customer to your personal/merchant mobile money wallet.
Because our system relies on your physical Android device to receive payment notifications, you are solely responsible for ensuring that:
LokiPay is not liable for missed or unverified transactions resulting from your device being offline, out of battery, or technically compromised.
We strive for 99.9% uptime on our API servers. However, the reliability of the system also depends on telecommunication networks (MTN, Telecel, AT) delivering SMS messages to your phone. We are not responsible for delays caused by network providers.
